Airfare survey widened and declared
The airfare survey now accumulates its observations instead of replacing them on each run: median coverage rises from seven to nine months out of twelve from Paris. Every destination page now states how many months were actually surveyed, rather than claiming twelve for all of them.
September 21 and 22, 2026
Six cities written up and opened to indexing
San Francisco, Athens, Stockholm, Edinburgh, Helsinki and Buenos Aires receive a full editorial and enter the index. These pages already existed but carried only template prose, which deliberately kept them out of the index. They go from around 2,300 to over 3,400 words each.
September 14 and 15, 2026
Where-to-stay hub page and lighter pages
The where-to-stay series gets an entry page at its own address, added to the navigation: until then it could only be reached from a section buried inside destination pages. Images move to URL-based resizing, which lightens pages with no loss of quality.

New page type: where to stay
A format that answers a single question per page: which area to sleep in, and what the price gap between areas amounts to over a week. Nine cities published, with per-area ranges and ratings weighted by review count.

Published the full methodology (sources, refresh frequencies, error margins) and the corrections policy with a public errata log.

Localized English URLs
English country pages moved from /en/pays/ to /en/country/, and the calculator from /en/calculateur to /en/calculator. Permanent redirects in place from the old addresses.
